Getting There
This week I made a significant amount of progress compared to last week even though the motivation is still lacking. I have completed the rough draft of the background information on my five artists and have chosen what songs I want to talk about. Based off of the instructor feedback I received this week, I now know that I have the concept down and just need to finish my researching. My current goal is that by Thanksgiving I will have a completed rough draft of my website that will just need some revisions in the following week. In order to achieve that goal I really need to start breaking down the songs that I am choosing and relating them to my subject. I really do think this goal is doable as long as I'm able to stay focused and just grind it out. Hopefully by my next check in I have achieved my goal even though the check in is in two weeks from now. One other thing is this week I also am going to attach my website just incase anyone wants to check it out.

Hi Nora, I think your website looks really good, you have a neat and organized layout that's easy to navigate. It also seems like you have a solid plan for what you need to get done over the course of the next two weeks, as long as you stick to it I'm sure you'll reach your goal by the next check in. Good luck with breaking down songs, I'm looking forward to reading what you come up with!
ReplyDeleteHi Nora! do not be tough on yourself for not being motivated. It is being a long and weird semester so just focus on making your best. Also, you website looks good so just keep going little by little and you will be okay! Looks like you are more organized and focused now so just keep going. I am looking forward to see what your outcome is.
ReplyDeleteHey Nora, personally I think you website looks very organized and overall great. I especially like the set up you have in the "songs" page. The music video next to a button that will bring you to their specific page, that adding a drop down menu to their song, with a link to the lyrics!! You can't get much more detailed than that! Keep up the good work.

I just took a look at your website and I think that it is looking great. I think that the sliding pictures of the artist was a great touch. Keep up the great work and stay positive.
