Continuing On
This week I focused on starting to set up sub-categories to help break down the work I need to get done. My plan for the final project is to write it about music, so i'm currently in the process of deciding what main part I plan to focus on. Breaking music down into genres is my first step in order to help me narrow in on my focus. Once I do my research on genres I will pick my favorite artist from each and describe them more in depth. By doing this it will help me tie in similarities from past movements to the current era that we are in. Planning out my future steps I will start researching and writing for the sections I have created and hopefully some will be started or done by the next check in. One other thing I worked on this week was using our instructor feedback to rewrite/edit my this I believe post. Although I left the original post on my blog my final project website includes the new version of it. This will help me see the progress and improvement that I am making by using the feedback given by others.
Hey Nora, after reading this it seems as though you have a good start to the project. It's also helping me to read everyone's posts about the project because it helps me better understand what I should be doing. Sometimes I feel like I'm not on the right track with the project but after reading these I am reassured. If you need any help every feel free to reach out!
ReplyDeleteHey how's it going, my project happens to be about music too mainly the themes of music. Now that you mentioned the past era I myself will need to do some research of the themes of the past and how they've changed today. It seems like you have a pretty concrete plan on how the project will go and that is a really good thing. I don't have a concrete plan I usually make it up as a go along. I hope everything continues to go well and I hope your plan works out well.
